Very cute mountain hut in the middle of Livigno. Fabulous breakfast with a wide variety of pastries. Host was very nice and she arrange another hotel for us when we wanted to extend and it was fully booked.
Absolutely beautiful place to visit. As was this hotel. The lady at reception welcomed us with a friendly and happy approach. Her English was good which was refreshing. She was able to recommend places to eat and made sure we were happy with our room. The room is lovely however, there was no AC which is why I have given 4 stars.

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. The location is near Carosello 3000 and not far from city centre. Thanks to Clarissa and all the staff, always kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
Nice place, clean rooms, but small. Clean lady was very helpful. It was our second time this year in this hotel. Hotel is localized close to Carosello ski station. Breakfasts were better before but everyday they are the same, when nice waiter used to work there. This year ski-room didn't work either, there is elevator so we used not to take our stuff to room, but this year it was dissapointed. Parking available for guests, wi-fi. No option to order diner, hotel offers only breakfast, if you leave early in the morning there will be no problem with breakfast but ask first. A few minutes by walk to the city center. Skipass included in price. Grocery shop right accross the street, close to ski lift from where you can go to down Carosello
Very nice hotel! Perfect location. Minus - every day breakfast is the same without a lot of choises, but otherwise everything is very good! Friendly and helpful staff!
Nice, cozy hotel. The staff is very kind. Clean and best location- near to the gondolla.
